What is Reiki
Reiki is a safe, non-invasive form of hands-on healing that is done fully clothed, in a relaxing environment to help you enhance deep relaxation of the body and mind, rejuvenating your energy and calming your spirit.
Through being in a deepened state of awareness, Reiki can help you to experience a stronger sense of connection to yourself, and works through you to subconsciously activate your innate healing ability.
The Reiki practitioner acts as a channel for universal life-force energy. The recipient unconsciously directs this energy to go where it is needed most, which occasionally can create conscious thoughts and ideas about what needs to be shifted/what is shifting in order for healing to occur.
Reiki is not a religion, and can work in conjunction with any spiritual belief system. The only requirement to receive Reiki is to give yourself permission to simply receive this healing energy.
