Hydration
It is important to be well hydrated for your session, so drink lots of water in the days leading up to your appointment. Hydration is important to ensure that your brain and body are in an optimal state of communication for Kinesiology and Energy Healing.
Clothing
Please wear comfortable clothing to your session, like you would for a gym session. At times, postural and physical assessments are necessary, so please DON’T wear extra baggy clothing, dresses or skirts, jeans or other pants that are restrictive.
After Your Treatment
Make sure you drink plenty of water and get adequate sleep in the following days and nights after your session.
Following a Kinesiology or Energy Medicine session, it is not uncommon to experience physical, emotional or mental changes. Some examples include (and are not limited to):
From time to time you may find that what came up in your session may also become aggravated or worse for a short time after your session. This is often the unconscious mind working to catch up to the conscious. This is sometimes known as a "healing crisis" where the body/mind is processing the stress, which may appear to get worse before it gets better.
These reactions may be transient, lasting only a few days. After they subside, you may experience a renewed sense of balance, energy and health.
